Janet Gordon

Janet is a highly accomplished facilitator and executive coach, working with senior individuals and teams from a range of blue-chip industries. She has been working as a coach and in the field of behavioural change for 12 years.

Janet is highly empathetic. Her style has been described as “gently very challenging”. She has supported managers at all levels in their leadership development. She has worked across a wide range of industries including Gas and Oil, Finance, Telcos, Accounting, Insurance, Facilities Management, Power and Renewables. She also works as a consultant and trainer within leadership development, and cultural and behavioural change.

Janet formed Bluestarfish Consulting in 2005 after heading up the change function in a major Management Consultancy (EA Consulting Group). Bluestarfish Consulting focuses on leadership development, coaching and customer experience.

She has worked on numerous cultural change programmes for major blue-chip organisations and brings real experience to support leaders who are leading in times of major and constant change

She also specialises in supporting leaders to improve their presentational skills, improving their gravitas and impact and helping them to develop their influencing skills. She uses psychometric profiling and a wide range of leadership tools and techniques in her practice.
